PAL is a TV standard used in Western Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, India, and China. The TV standard we use in the USA is NTSC. If you have brought or received a movie from a foreign country, most probably you won't be able to watch it on your TV.
Don't get frustrated - we will transfer any homemade PAL videotape into a perfect NTSC (US) VHS tape.
You get one American VHS tape (up to two hours of video) for each PAL videotape submitted.

2. Take your videotapes to any Post office, FedEx or UPS Store.
They will have all the shipping materials you need right there, and will even pack the videotapes for you.

All your tapes and media are normally processed between 10 to 15 business days.
